Welcome to Mountain Pass Hunting Company. We are located about 30 miles
southwest of Abilene, Texas. Our area encompasses approximately 12,000
acres. We
have a variety of terrain from lowland farmland to cedar breaks and canyons,
to the high plateau grass of the Edward’s plateaus. These terrains all have
hearty numbers of wild game.
Our
equipment is first rate and our guides are well seasoned and friendly. We
have a bunkhouse complete with washer and dryer. The three meals a day
provided are all part of the package.
The
12,000 acre area we’re hunting is being properly managed.
I have been hired to manage and hunt the wildlife. In order to give
you an idea of the game on this ranch we’ve put cameras in the field.
The pictures will be updated periodically.
This
year’s hunting package is as follows: 1 Trophy Whitetail Buck, 1 doe, 1 Rio
Grande Turkey, and unlimited Wild Pig. Traditionally we hunt 1 guide for 2
hunters for 5 days. We feel this is enough time for a successful hunt while
dealing with the variables of hunting.
